We have been clients of Sanderson Travel Insurance for approximately 1 year now. In May, we had to make a claim when my mother passed away while we were away on vacation, necessitating our early return home. Upon our return, I notified Sanderson and they instruced us how to make a claim for the lost nights of our trip, and the additional cost for changing our flight home. Our claim was handled very expediently and we soon received a cheque for the costs incurred. We were very impressed and thankful for the easy way in which our claim was handled with no hassle. We have just renewed our policy with Sanderson Insurance based on their affordable fees and the service that they give. We would highly recommend them to others considering travel insurance. Just a note to thank you for how accessible and helpful you’ve been with securing the family insurance package for me. We’ve been in England now for two weeks and we cross to France in a week to tour “the continent”.
